Posted on 10/25/2019
The City of Charlottetown is hosting some exciting events for local ghosts, goblins, princesses, and super heroes.

Children in kindergarten to Grade 5 are invited to attend a Halloween party today (Friday, October 25) at the Hillsborough Park Community Centre (199 Patterson Drive) from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. A second Halloween Party will be held on Saturday, October 26 at the West Royalty Community Centre (1 Kirkdale Road). Costumes are encouraged at these free events, which will include lots of fun games, and, of course, treat bags.

Families are also invited to join City staff at the annual Great Pumpkin Walk at the Beach Grove Nature Trail behind the Beach Grove Home on Saturday, October 26 from 11 a.m. until 12 p.m. (noon). Hot apple cider and apples will be served, and families will be able to pick a complimentary pumpkin (while supplies last) to carve at home.

For more information on these free events, contact the Parks and Recreation Department at 902-368-1025.
