Applications Being Accepted for the Charlottetown Christmas Parade

The City of Charlottetown is accepting applications for the 21st annual Charlottetown Christmas Parade, which will take place at 5 p.m. on Saturday, November 30.

The parade is a fun-filled evening event with festive lights and music. Beginning at 4:30 p.m., the Upper Room Hospitality Ministry food bank will be collecting non-perishable food items along the parade route. Children are also encouraged to bring their letters for Santa to be collected by Canada Post employees.

The first 100 parade entries that meet the requirements are accepted into the parade. There is no entry fee. The deadline for applications is Friday, November 15.

The parade application form is available online or physical copies are also available at City Hall (199 Queen Street).

Completed applications can be returned via email to Charlotte Nicholson at cnicholson@charlottetown.ca or dropped off in person at City Hall. For more information, contact 902-566-5548.
