Charlottetown Food Council Postpones Events Scheduled for March

The Community Conversations Series, scheduled to take place March 21 – April 1 through the Charlottetown Food Council, has been postponed due to social distancing requirements with COVID-19.

The Charlottetown Food Council hosted a number of pop-up events earlier this month, as well as an online survey to engage with residents and seek feedback on the City's first Food Asset Map. While the remainder of the pop-up events and Community Conversations have been postponed, the Food Council will continue to accept online survey responses at: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/FFHZ5DW 

The Food Council set a goal of receiving 500 survey responses and committed to donating $1 for every response received to the Upper Room Hospitality Ministry. In light of the current situation, the Food Council has made a $500 advance donation to the Upper Room Hospitality Ministry and encourages the community to continue to submit survey responses, open until March 27.
