The City of Charlottetown’s Finance, Audit and Tendering Committee is inviting the public to a pre-budget open house. The committee, members of Council and city staff will be collecting input from the public on how they would like to see money allocated on services and programs in the Capital City for the 2020-21 budget.

The informal, drop-in style open house will be held tomorrow (Tuesday, January 28) from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at City Hall (199 Queen Street). This event will provide residents with the opportunity to meet with Standing Committee members, departmental managers and staff to address any budget-related questions or provide suggestions on what the City might be able to do in its 2020-21 capital and operational budgets.
