The City of Charlottetown is proud to welcome community newcomers of all ages to an informal open house event at City Hall for an evening of snacks and chats.
The City Hall Open House for Newcomers will take place on
Wednesday, May 29 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. and any newcomers who live or work in Charlottetown are invited to attend this free, drop-in style event. The event provides an opportunity to tour City Hall, meet the Mayor and Council members in a comfortable setting and connect with the community through open dialogue.
All new residents who live or work within Charlottetown are welcome to attend the open house, whether they are from out of province or out of country. Organizations offering newcomer support services will also be in attendance, including Immigrant and Refugee Services Association of P.E.I. and P.E.I. Connectors.
