New Simmons Sports Centre Opening Delayed

The new Simmons Sports Centre expected opening on Oct. 14, 2024 will be delayed due to an unforeseen infrastructure challenge as part of the ice-making process.
The City apologizes for this delay. The project team is working diligently to resolve this matter as soon as possible.
The City will issue an update when we have further details and looks forward to announcing a new anticipated opening date for the facility.
