Street Closure Issued for Queen Street Oct. 17

Queen Street will be closed to traffic between Grafton Street and Richmond Street on Thursday, Oct. 17 from 8-11 a.m. to facilitate the Lieutenant-Governor’s swearing in ceremony at the Confederation Centre of the Arts building.
Barricades will be in place and motorists are asked to seek alternate routes where possible when travelling downtown.
The City of Charlottetown apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause and thanks the public for their patience and cooperation.
