Information Technology (IT) is responsible for managing the City of Charlottetown’s technology infrastructure and supporting various government operations. This includes providing technical assistance to staff, as well as maintaining the security of technology infrastructure and data. IT supports citizen engagement by providing digital services and ensuring data management and compliance with regulations.
