The Asset Management Department is responsible for keeping record of the City’s assets and calculating replacement costs. The department also gathers historical records from different departments and collects missing data, documents City-owned assets, tracks their locations, evaluates the condition of City property, and determines both the cost and replacement cost of the City’s goods.
