Kent Street Closure Remains in Effect Dec. 2-6

Location: Kent Street between Great George Street and Prince Street.
Date: Monday, Dec. 2 to Friday, Dec. 6.
Time: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Details: This closure is to allow crane lifting operations as part of the ongoing Daniel J. MacDonald building renovation. The work also includes installing overhead lighting as part of the recent Kent Street lighting project.
Impacts: Access to this section of Kent Street will be local only. Signage, barricades and traffic control personnel will be on site to direct traffic and pedestrians away from the closure and to facilitate local access.
Minor traffic delays should be expected and motorists in the area are asked to seek alternate routes and drive with care.
The City apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause and thank the public for their patience and cooperation as the work progresses.
