Historic Pop-Up Exhibit Explores Days of Winters Past
Posted on 02/24/2025
The City of Charlottetown has a new pop-up exhibit titled Winters Past on display at the Confederation Court Mall.

Created in partnership with the Prince Edward Island Regiment Museum, the display features historic images from the city’s collection depicting landmarks and residents during the winters of yesterday. Various artifacts including antique wooden sports equipment are also part of the exhibit.
Winters Past is on display on the first floor of the Confederation Court Mall until March 22. The City of Charlottetown and The Prince Edward Island Regiment Museum would like to thank the Confederation Court Mall for providing the exhibit space and all the individuals and organizations, particularly the PEI Museum and Heritage Foundation, who generously contributed artifacts to the exhibit.

For information on how to donate historic photos or to permit the city to scan your historic images, please contact the Planning and Heritage Department at 902-629-4051 or [email protected].
