The City of Charlottetown is now accepting nominations for the Mayor’s Veteran Recognition Awards.
Those eligible for nomination include individuals who served in the Canadian Armed Forces during the Second World War, the Korean War, a Special Duty Area (Peacekeeping), the War in Afghanistan or in Canada in the Regular Force or Reserves. Individuals selected for an award will be contacted prior to the event and presented the award at a private ceremony at City Hall in November. Please note that only Charlottetown residents are eligible for nomination.
All nominations must be received by Wednesday, Oct. 18, 2023, at 12 p.m.
You can pick up a copy of the nomination form at the Front Desk of City Hall (199 Queen St.), or you can fill out the
online nomination form.
Completed forms can be dropped off in person at City Hall to the attention of: Mayor’s Office – Veteran Recognition Committee. Alternatively, they can be emailed to
