City Honours Veterans in Historic Exhibit

City Honours Veterans in Historic Exhibit Titled We Remember
Posted on 11/08/2023
The City of Charlottetown has partnered with the Prince Edward Island Regiment Museum to create a historic exhibit titled We Remember to honour the service and sacrifice of veterans who fought for our freedom. This is the latest installment of the historic exhibit series that focuses on different aspects of Charlottetown’s history.

The exhibit features items from the City and Regiment Museum’s collections from the Second World War and the Italian Campaign that lasted from 1943-1945. Among the wide variety of items on display are photos, uniforms, medals, badges, and an antique battlefield survey transit. We Remember will be on display until Nov. 26 on the first floor of the Confederation Court Mall.

The City of Charlottetown and the Prince Edward Island Regiment Museum would like to thank the Confederation Court Mall and all the individuals and organizations who generously donated materials to make these exhibits possible.
