Potential Water Disruption Notice Issued for Edward Street

The City of Charlottetown is advising residents living on Edward Street between Fitzroy Street and Grafton Street that customers may experience a temporary disruption of water service on Monday, Sept. 23 due to a water interconnect.
This disruption of water service is expected to approximately three hours sometime during the day, however unforeseen circumstances may impact estimated timelines. When service is restored, customers may experience temporary air and/or discoloration. The Water and Sewer Utility recommends flushing cold water through the bathtub until it runs clear.
The City of Charlottetown apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause and thanks the public for their patience and cooperation.
