Important Notice to Contractors

For all accepted tenders, Contractors must review and complete the “Contractor List of Required Documentation”. Please note that it is the Contractor’s responsibility to provide this information for review by the City of Charlottetown’s Occupational Health and Safety Officer, a minimum of 3 business days prior to the beginning of any contracted work, without exception. Should this information not be provided within the timelines required, the contracted work may be delayed. Additionally, it is the Contractor’s responsibility to ensure that all workers adhere to the City of Charlottetown’s Occupational Health and Safety Manual. This manual can be found here.

Tender closings are automatically delayed one business day if the City of Charlottetown Offices are delayed in opening or closed for the day.

You can also request copies of the official bid documents by contacting the Controller.

When requesting documents, please request by title, include your company name, address, phone number, contact name, and fax number (if applicable).

For more information contact the Controller in the Finance Department.
