Join us in celebrating the City of Charlottetown’s 166th birthday! 

Show your civic pride July 30 - August 2 by enjoying the below FREE activities in Charlottetown. 

Morning Yoga in the Park

Start your day off right with Morning Yoga in the Park on Saturday, July 31. Cynthia Dennis will lead two 45-minute classes at 8:00 a.m. and 9:15 a.m. at the field in front of the Cultural Pavilion in Victoria Park.

These classes will follow all Public Health guidelines and yoga mats will be spaced out so that physical distancing guidelines can be followed. Bring your own yoga mat and reusable water bottle.

Fascinating Maritime Ladies

Young at Heart Musical Theatre for Seniors Inc. presents Fascinating Maritime Ladies

Don’t miss “Fascinating Maritime Ladies” at Trailside Music Hall, a celebration of female singers and songwriters from Atlantic Canada and Quebec starring Nadine Haddad, Kelley Mooney, and Catherine O’Brien. Presented by Young at Heart Musical Theatre for Seniors with funding support from the City of Charlottetown and Rotary Club of Charlottetown. Tickets will be available beginning Friday, July 23. To celebrate the City's 166th birthday, Mayor Brown and Members of City Council will be popping-up in locations around downtown Charlottetown on the weekend handing out summer swag and treats. Keep an eye on the City's social media to learn when and where they will be located.

The Island Fringe Festival returns July 28-August 1, 2021 with live performances happening in downtown Charlottetown.
